For the Finance and Controlling department at our headquarters in Stein am Rhein, we are looking for a reinforcement of our team: Junior Accountant (m/f/d) 80% Your tasks: Collaboration in the finance and accounting of our holding and management companies (including the takeover of the bookkeeping of a small sub-holding company on Microsoft Business Central) Preparation of the monthly reporting for individual small group companies Collaboration in the preparation of the group annual financial statements as well as the forecast and budget of the group Support in Treasury (e.g., in bank administration and netting) Administration and collaboration in the maintenance of various financial reporting and treasury tools of the group (including IBM Cognos Controller, IBM Planning Analytics, Coupa Treasury) Support in contract management in the area of Finance & Controlling Administrative tasks in the area of Finance and Controlling (deadline monitoring, controls, data maintenance, creation of presentations, reports, filing) Representation within the Finance & Controlling area Your profile: Business administration training with a focus on accounting and/or controlling (e.g., federal diploma in finance and accounting, university of applied sciences degree in business administration or in training for it) Professional experience in accounting and/or controlling, ideally in industry High IT affinity and knowledge (MS Office and potentially financial reporting tools) Very good German and English skills Service-oriented and independent personality with initiative Analytical thinking, structured and reliable way of working What awaits you: Broad, varied, and responsible area of responsibility Collaboration in the small finance and controlling organization of the group in Switzerland Cooperation with foreign group companies Work location Stein am Rhein Progressive employment conditions Do you feel addressed?
