Associate Employment Law 80-100% # We are looking for a motivated and committed female or male lawyer to strengthen our Employment Law and Executive Compensation practice team, starting immediately or by arrangement. Our team advises companies and entrepreneurs in all areas of employment law and executive compensation. Our focal points include the structuring and negotiation of employment contracts and compensation packages for executives, the development of employee participation programs and variable compensation systems, advising on restructurings and reorganizations - particularly in the case of transfers of undertakings, mass layoffs and social plans -, representation in employment law proceedings and out-of-court disputes, as well as support with corporate establishments in Switzerland. You have completed your training with a Swiss attorney admission (Anwaltspatent) and are aiming for a career in a business law firm. You are fluent in German and English. Ideally, you already have sound experience in employment law; the specialist title Fachanwalt/Fachanwältin SAV Arbeitsrecht is an advantage. Your strong interest in business-related issues and strategic employment law solutions distinguishes you. You work precisely, think in interconnected ways and like to contribute to interdisciplinary and international mandates.
