You will lead a new dedicated team and be responsible for the introduction and further development of a method chain for quality advance planning. In doing so, you will shape the strategic and operational implementation across innovation, manufacturing, and procurement and drive quality management in a targeted manner. You will report directly to the Head of Quality Management. Head of Quality Advance Planning (f/m/d) What tasks will you undertake? You will introduce the method chains for quality advance planning, ensure their operational application, and continuously develop them. You will assume responsibility as method owner, controller, and user and ensure effective method application. As a member of the review team, you will actively participate in the product development process (PDP) and contribute your method know-how in a targeted manner. You will train on the relevant methods and method chains and promote their sustainable application and anchoring throughout the entire company. You will lead a high-performing team, develop it in a targeted manner, and create the organizational prerequisites for professional and company-wide method competence. What do we expect from you? You have a technical master's degree, for example in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or process engineering. You bring many years of experience in the introduction, application, and further development of quality advance planning methods as well as sound practical experience in product development. You convince through analytical strength, a strong desire to shape, and the ability to implement sustainable solutions even in demanding situations. You have a pronounced understanding of the maturity level of organizations and know what requirements must be placed on professional quality advance planning today and in the future. You work confidently with interdisciplinary teams and the functions of Technical Quality, Manufacturing Quality Assurance, and Supplier Quality, communicate confidently in German and English, and are experienced in dealing with ERP and QM systems.
