In this role, you ensure a smooth, high-quality service for our customers and ensure efficient, error-free processing of day-to-day business. As a Settlement Specialist, you are responsible for the operational implementation in the back office and actively contribute to the optimization and further development of processes. • Processing of settlement day-to-day business and ensuring day-end readiness • Control, monitoring, and initiation of measures in case of deviations • Ensuring compliance with SLA, process specifications, and regulatory requirements • Analysis of key figures, statistics, and operational evaluations • Collaboration in the continuous optimization and automation of processes • Professional exchange with internal interfaces and stakeholders • Support in the further development of the specialist department Your skills • Completed commercial education or vocational training with subject-related further training • 3-5 years of professional experience in banking operations, ideally in the area of settlement / securities settlement • Sound knowledge of banking processes (e.g., payment transactions or securities) • Experience with common banking applications (e.g., Finnova, Avaloq, Legando) is an advantage • Analytical and networked thinking as well as a structured and precise way of working • High level of personal responsibility, problem-solving competence, and professionalism • Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills • Fluent German skills, English is an advantage With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or from your home office.
