Procurement Officer

On behalf of an international company active in the consumer goods sector, we are looking for a Procurement Officer to strengthen the Supply Chain team based in Geneva. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you ensure the availability of products while optimizing stock levels and supply flows from international suppliers. Procurement Officer Your missions: Manage procurements and ensure product availability based on sales forecasts, Analyze needs, launch and track supplier orders, Ensure monitoring of delivery deadlines and anticipate risks of shortage or overstock, Coordinate exchanges with suppliers, forwarders and internal teams (logistics, finance, commerce), Update reference data in the ERP. Your profile: Higher education in Purchasing Management or equivalent field, Confirmed experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a procurement function, ideally in an FMCG, food or distribution environment, Excellent mastery of Excel and experience in using an ERP, Good understanding of international flows and inventory management, Analytical skills, rigor and organizational sense, Relational ease and ability to collaborate with varied interlocutors, Current French and good level of professional English. jpida3a3a62jm jpit0625jm jpiy26jm
