Senior R&D Systems Innovation Engineer

You lead early-phase research and innovation projects for new connected machine systems, from the idea to the transfer of know-how.

Tasks

• Lead early-phase research and innovation projects for new systems
• Develop technical components, subsystems, and system building blocks
• Identify technological trends and consumer insights to fuel the innovation pipeline
• Transform ideas into prototypes through rapid prototyping, testing, and experimentation
• Validate new solutions for machines, products, and preparation methods
• Coordinate internal and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget

Profile

• Expertise in machine design, system performance, machine intelligence, components, and materials
• Expertise in embedded systems, hardware and software development, interconnected devices
• Experience in signal processing and data acquisition for systems
• Proficiency in mechanical and electronic prototyping, computer-aided design, and simulation
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments, suppliers, and business partners
• Management of project priorities, deadlines, risks, and costs

Offer

• 3 to 6 months interim, then permanent engagement
