Assessment Standortleitung Chur Market development Graubünden, Ostschweiz & Liechtenstein (80–100%) Your impact with us This role combines operative assessment work with customer consulting and regional market development. In doing so, you can expect the following tasks, among others: Conducting assessments and development centers for specialist, leadership and executive persons Collaboration in our assessment team with regular presence at our headquarters in Zürich (approx. 1–2 days per week) Taking over and managing existing customer mandates in Graubünden, Liechtenstein and Eastern Switzerland Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships at HR and executive management levels Developing new business opportunities within your regional network Consulting customers on questions of personnel, leadership and organizational development Conducting coaching and development processes Representation of the Avenir Group at regional specialist and networking events Close cooperation with our consultants at all locations What distinguishes you You are an entrepreneurial personality with high credibility, strong customer orientation and a true passion for the people business.
