Location Lausanne Availability Immediately Type Permanent Reference 41443 Published on 16/07/2026 On behalf of my client, a family business based in the Riviera Vaudoise, I am urgently looking for a/an Job Description ### • Supervise, motivate and coordinate a team of 4 to 5 employees. • Active participation in administrative organization in collaboration with the site director. • Organize and plan interventions in order to optimize resources and deadlines. • Carry out technical visits, measurements and feasibility studies. • Prepare quotes and advise customers on the choice of suitable solutions. • Develop and retain a portfolio of private clients, architects, property management companies and businesses. • Ensure active prospecting and represent the company to its partners. • Supervise construction sites, the quality of installations and compliance with deadlines. • Provide technical support to the installation teams. • Manage supplier orders as well as site monitoring. • Participate in the administrative and operational organization of the site. • Guarantee compliance with safety standards, quality and internal procedures. • Be a source of proposals in the continuous improvement of the activity Profile ### • Proven experience in the field of blinds, closures, solar protection or similar sector. • Successful experience in team management and activity coordination. • Solid technical skills in taking measurements and site monitoring. • Excellent sense of service and customer relations. • Commercial ease and taste for business development. • Ability to work autonomously while bringing teams together. • Sense of organization, rigor and entrepreneurial spirit. • Good mastery of IT tools. • Driving license indispensable.
