As part of the development of our infrastructures, we are looking for an Engineering & Maintenance Manager for our site in Cornaux (NE). You will be responsible for guaranteeing the integrity, availability, and safety of our installations, by providing technical and managerial leadership to a team of approximately 8 employees. Your responsibilitiesQHSSE & Quality Ensure strict compliance with safety instructions during work and the operation of the depotsElaborate and maintain a technical emergency plan for the depotsImplement the HSE measures decided by management and ensure the follow-up of the VITOGAZ quality policyMaintain risks related to changes at an acceptable level (MOC) Engineering & Projects Manage technical improvement projects for the installations in collaboration with internal and external partnersEnsure the replacement of equipment according to defined life cyclesLead project teams and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers Maintenance Establish and pilot the annual preventive maintenance plans for the depotsCarry out unplanned interventions and troubleshootingEnsure the maintenance of VITOGAZ buildings and infrastructuresManage a stock of spare parts and implement framework maintenance contracts Administration & Management Participate in the elaboration and monitoring of maintenance and project budgets (approx. 3'500 kCHF in total)Optimize staff according to demand and develop the skills of techniciansDefine and monitor performance indicators (KPIs)Ensure the update of depot plans and technical documentation Your profile Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, chemistry, process engineering, or industrial engineeringExcellent knowledge in the fields of LPG and the maintenance of industrial installationsProven experience in technical project management and team managementLanguages: French (preferably native language), good command of GermanNatural authority, sense of responsibility, and decision-making abilitySpirit of innovation, rigor, and strong team spiritAcute sense of organization and results-oriented What we offer A position of responsibility within a leading company in the Swiss LPG marketA dynamic working environment with real development perspectivesAn engaged team of approximately 8 employeesAttractive working conditions in accordance with industry standards Interested?
