Your tasks and perspectives ##

• Control and further development of the cooperation with the external security service: process responsibility, deployment and dispatch specifications, training and exercises, quality controls as well as performance and invoice control
• Planning, management and responsibility for extraordinary deployments and event security at all locations - from situation assessment to the deployment device to the follow-up work
• Collaboration in emergency and crisis management
• Professional responsibility for occupational safety and health protection (ASGS) in the entire Real Estate & Operations department as well as chairmanship of the ASGS exchange of experience across all departments of the department
• Responsible for secure cash management (cash handling) - from safe and transport solutions to correct booking and cooperation with the valuables transport company.

What you bring for this position ##

• Completed basic training and further training in the security sector (e.g. federal diploma) as well as training as a security officer or KOPAS/ASGS specialist or the willingness to complete this alongside work.
• Distinct ability for lateral leadership: You control external service providers and partners without a direct supervisory function, bindingly and at eye level
• Calm, de-escalating demeanor, resilience in event situations and confident handling of patients and relatives in tense situations
• Willingness for on-call duty as well as deployments outside of usual working hours; place of residence within an appropriate intervention distance to the St. Gallen location
• Structured, independent way of working, proficient German in speaking and writing, good IT user skills, driver's license Cat. B and an impeccable reputation
