Type of work

Holistic and professional nursing as well as care of the residents
Taking over daily responsibility and ensuring a high quality of care
Planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process

• Interdisciplinary cooperation with relatives, doctors and other specialists
• Participation in the recording and assessment of nursing needs
• Professional documentation of nursing services
• Participation in the further development of nursing processes and quality standards
• Accompanying and supporting trainees as well as new employees

Requirement profile

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or equivalent SRK-recognized training
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Responsible, empathetic and independent way of working
• Joy in working with elderly people
• High social competence and ability to work in a team
• Good German skills in spoken and written
• Motivation to actively contribute to the further development of nursing quality
