Your tasks:

• Reviewing associations and foundations within the framework of changes to legal and regulatory requirements
• Sending out questionnaires as well as recording, checking, and processing incoming feedback
• Classification and maintenance of data in the corresponding systems
• Answering telephone and written inquiries (email)
• Ensuring correct and timely processing of all inquiries

What you bring with you:

• Enjoyment of administrative tasks and structured working
• Very good Swiss German skills in spoken and written form
• Openness to new things; career changers are also welcome; your commitment is what matters
• Responsible, independent, and customer-oriented way of working
• Confident handling of PC and common MS Office applications
