In order to complete our housekeeping and reception group at our Morges and Préverenges sites, we are looking for two

Receptionists (f/m) at 40% and 50% #

Profile

• CFC as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent.
• A few years of experience in a similar position.
• Very strong customer orientation and sense of service.
• Affable, good presentation.
• Spirit of initiative and good personal organization.
• Comfortable speaking English and German.
• Sense of collaboration, open personality, excellent interpersonal skills.
• Very comfortable with IT tools.
• Flexible and available to work more during colleagues' holidays

Responsibilities

• Receive customer calls and distribute them to the services or employees able to satisfy their requests.
• Welcome clients and partners arriving at the reception and direct them to the right interlocutors.
• Ensure various administrative tasks such as sales of internal services, collections, small secretarial tasks, internal mail, storeroom, etc.
• Demonstrate proactivity and propose improvements for the quality of our services.
• If necessary, processing of various operations in SAP.
• Convey an image of availability and dynamism at all times.
• The 40% position will be split between the Préverenges and Morges sites and the 50% position will be mainly in Préverenges with replacements in Noville.
