Die Spitäler Schaffhausen includes the Kantonsspital, the Psychiatrischen Dienste, the Radiologie and Kardiologie Posthof Neuhausen practices as well as the Neurologie Schaffhausen Zentrum practice. With over 1'700 employees, we ensure the expanded basic medical and nursing care of the Schaffhausen region. Every year we care for approximately 11'000 inpatient and 90'000 outpatient patients. In addition, we are an important training site in the canton.
Are you interested in an exciting internship in the field of HR? To support our HR advisory services from 1. October 2026 to 31. March 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a university intern (female/male) with a workload of 80-100%.

How you move us forward
advanced Bachelor's or Master's studies in the fields of Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or Law
initial practical experience in the field of personnel management or HR advisory is an advantage, but not mandatory
Team player with an independent and structured way of working
Curiosity, willingness to learn, initiative and sense of responsibility
