Uroviva stands for a modernly managed medical network and includes a specialized clinic for urology, eleven urological practices, and an andrology center. In addition to urology, the specialist areas of gynecology and oncology are also represented with us. With approximately 70,000 consultations annually in primary, specialist, and emergency care and over 5,000 operations of all severity levels, Uroviva is a significant provider of urological services in Switzerland.

To support our FP&A Controlling department, we are looking for a committed

Finance Business Partner / 80 to 100% (m/w/d)

starting January 1, 2027, or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Analysis of business development, profitability and key performance indicators
• Management of REKOLE reporting and health controlling
• Advising and supporting the management board in financial matters
• Preparation of management and administrative reporting
• Participation in strategic projects, acquisitions and growth initiatives
• Further development of management reporting using Power-BI solutions

Your profile

• Completed degree (FH/Uni) in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling
• Several years of experience in Finance Business Partnering or controlling
• Experience in the healthcare sector and knowledge of REKOLE is an advantage
• Confident handling of ERP and reporting tools, ideally BI
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills to derive concrete recommendations for action from numbers
• Strong communication personality with entrepreneurial thinking and high advisory competence
• Good English skills
