Labor market policy expertise is concentrated within the AFA. Around 800 employees are active at over 20 locations. The Abteilung Arbeitslosenversicherung (ALV / KAST) of the AFA ensures uniform implementation of unemployment insurance at the cantonal level and handles legal transactions arising from the counseling and placement of job seekers. As of 1. February 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for you as a committed leadership personality to lead a specialist team (approx. 10 employees) within the ALV.
