For Klima SA, a company of Hälg Group, we are looking in Villars-Ste-Croix Heating Installation Foreman (M/F) Your mission ## As Installation Foreman, you are the guarantor of the technical success and team management of the construction sites: • Site Management & Organization: Plan, prepare and execute assembly work for heating / air conditioning installations • Team Supervision: Lead, motivate and coordinate installers and apprentices in the field • Technical Follow-up & Control: Ensure compliance with plans, estimates, Vaud safety standards and deadlines • Client & Stakeholder Relations: Be the preferred interlocutor on site with the works management (DT), architects and clients • Material Management: Anticipate supply needs and manage material stock on the construction site Your profile ## • Training: CFC in heating installation (or title deemed equivalent) • Experience: At least 10 years of successful experience in a similar position in Switzerland • Technical Skills: Mastery of different piping techniques (steel, copper, pressing, welding), reading plans and modern heating systems (heat pumps, district heating networks, etc.) • Leadership: Excellent organizational skills, initiative, interpersonal skills and rigor • License: Category B driving license indispensable • Desired residence: in the Yverdon-Nyon-Vevey region or vicinity Our offer ## • Century-old family company managed by the 4th generation, with an open culture focused on sustainability • Open communication culture and numerous possibilities for involvement and taking on responsibilities • Varied tasks with responsibility, with great freedom of organization and short decision-making paths Placement agencies please refrain, thank you.
