What you move You consistently implement applicable laws, regulations and internal security guidelines and ensure their compliance. You recognize risks, weaknesses and unusual situations early and initiate appropriate measures. You analyze accidents and participate in the development and implementation of prevention and improvement measures. You organize and coordinate the SHE area in your area of responsibility according to the specified guidelines. You work closely with internal teams such as maintenance, production, logistics and cleaning as well as with authorities and external partners. You make an important contribution to the safety of persons and assets and support the establishment of a lived security culture. What you bring Education: Completed basic or further education Specialization: You have a federal diploma as a specialist for occupational safety and health protection. Professional experience: You bring at least 3 years of experience in the field of security, ideally in an industrial or logistical environment. Training as a fire protection officer is an advantage. You possess sound knowledge of security standards, industrial processes as well as risk prevention and emergency procedures. You act calmly, professionally and decisively even in challenging or stressful situations. You communicate confidently with employees, visitors, authorities and external partners and have very good German language skills in spoken and written (C1).
