The Rennaz Hospital Center has more than 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two geriatric and rehabilitation clinics as well as two medical clinics. All collaborators work daily to provide high-quality care to patients, embodying the institution's values: authenticity, exemplarity, and innovation. Our team is looking for a fixed-term: Cook M/F ### The main missions of this position are ### As a cook, you contribute daily to the production of high-quality meals for patients, staff, and the hospital's satellite services. You participate in the excellence of hotel services, while respecting food safety, hygiene, and quality requirements. • Prepare meals daily, respecting technical sheets and established planning • Ensure high and constant gustatory quality of preparations • Strictly apply hospital hygiene rules, food safety, and workplace safety • Participate in the production chain and distribution of meals to patients and staff • Ensure the cleaning of the workstation and used equipment • Contribute to a good working atmosphere and transmit necessary information for service continuity • Supervise and accompany kitchen assistants and participate in the training of apprentices • Be involved in the quality approach and continuous improvement of services • Ensure the proper functioning of equipment by reporting any defects to management • Rigorously apply the HACCP method and ensure traceability We require ### • A CFC as a cook or an equivalent title • Excellent knowledge of hygiene rules, food safety, and HACCP best practices • A keen sense of organization, rigor, and quality • Ability to work autonomously while promoting team spirit • A customer-oriented attitude, with a focus on patient and staff well-being • Good ease of internal communication and information transmission • Ability to manage priorities and work in a dynamic environment • Flexibility and availability according to service needs (irregular hours/weekends) We offer ### The HRC offers great job opportunities and professional development in all its fields of activity: medical, nursing, medical-technical, hotel, administrative, technical, and logistical.
