YOUR TASKS • You lead and organize a ward with 40 employees professionally, personally and organizationally • Together with your team, you ensure professional, cordial and high-quality care • You are present in the care routine, support your team professionally and accompany employees as well as trainees • You recognize development and optimization potential and actively bring your ideas into projects and processes • You help shape the future of care, for example in new concepts or in interprofessional collaboration <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Dipl.
