Your area of responsibility
You take over the training and accompaniment of future drivers and actively contribute to ensuring a high level of safety and quality in driving operations. You pass on your knowledge, accompany new employees during their induction, and participate in the continuous further development of the training processes.

Your tasks
You train aspiring drivers during their entire training and accompany them.
You take over responsibility for the project for the further development of the internal driving school.
You conduct practical training for the acquisition of the Category D driving license.
You provide theoretical and practical training for the acquisition of the trolleybus driving authorization.
You carry out driving tests and assessments of the candidates.
You organize additional training sessions after accidents, incidents, or based on findings from practice.
You ensure the continuous further education of the drivers.
You participate in the optimization and further development of the training processes.
You develop and update the training documents in cooperation with the technical service.
You advise employees on questions regarding road traffic and driving operations.
You take on occasional assignments in driving service.
You create and update the training documentation in German and ösische language.
You maintain and further develop the cooperation with training institutions and partner companies.
Your profile
You possess a driving instructor license for Category D or are in the process of acquiring it.
You possess professional experience in the training of bus drivers and ideally also in adult education.
You are a reliable, committed, flexible and responsible personality with strong pedagogical skills.
You convince through natural leadership competence and excellent communication skills.
You bring patience and enjoy accompanying adults during their training.
You are a team player.
You work organized, independently and responsibly.
You possess very good knowledge of the German and ösische language
