What makes you unique

• University or Master's degree or equivalent training
• Recognized leadership and management training, ideally supplemented by specialist training in the field of police leadership (e.g., CAS FIP)
• Proven experience in a comparable leadership position
• Ability for strategic as well as operational leadership, strong leadership competencies and interpersonal skills
• Ability to express yourself skillfully, build trust quickly, and manage situations that require cooperation, diplomacy, and solution orientation
• Strategic vision, a good understanding of cross-departmental connections, and the ability to grasp complex situations
• Strong analytical skills as well as a true talent for accompanying and driving changes
• Resilience, assertiveness, sense of responsibility, and strong result orientation
• Very good active knowledge of at least one official language, good English skills
