Tasks ###

• Personnel and professional leadership of the administration team
• Coordination and further development of the interfaces between administration, department management and the Child and Adult Protection Authority
• Management of social security law claims such as pensions, IV, EL, IPV, NE and HE
• Preparation of accountability reports for the Child and Adult Protection Authority
• Management of client files including accounting in the specialist application Tutoris

Your profile ###

• Commercial training as well as several years of professional experience in the social security sector (Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Social Insurance Specialist or similar is an advantage)
• Leadership experience or motivation and potential for a leadership function
• Networked and solution-oriented thinking; ability to coordinate different concerns and interfaces
• High resilience, sense of responsibility and reliability
• Open, team-oriented personality with humor, who supports employees and promotes constructive cooperation
