Material Master Data Management Manager (m/f/d)

What you can set in motion.

• Lead and develop an interdisciplinary team of six people in the fields of data management and transport management.
• Ensure data governance and the quality of logistical master data throughout the end-to-end process.
• Evolve master data processes as well as digital and automated solutions and promote standardization.
• Guarantee high-quality data for planning, steering, reporting, and performance management.
• Take responsibility for road transport management, including tenders, performance monitoring, and steering of service providers.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding foreign trade and customs and drive cross-functional optimizations between areas.

What you bring.

• Ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, with ease in interdisciplinary environments.
• Several years of leadership experience and solid knowledge in data management, logistics, supply chain, or transport management.
• Proven experience in master data governance, digitalization, and process optimization.
• Strong affinity for data, analysis, and digital solutions, combined with a deep understanding of processes.
• Excellent communication adapted to interlocutors, with the ability to rally stakeholders to common solutions.
• Higher education from a university of applied sciences, university, or equivalent. Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of other national languages is appreciated.
