tasks

• you will take over the independent management of a demanding portfolio of commercial properties, which occasionally also include apartments
• in doing so, you will look after the tenants competently and coordinate all rental activities
• furthermore, you will plan and accompany maintenance, renovation, and refurbishment work
• you will also represent the owners' interests towards tenants, craftsmen, authorities, and external service providers
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have a commercial basic education and bring several years of experience in the management of commercial properties
• further training as a real estate manager / real estate manager with federal diploma (eidg. fachausweis) is an advantage, but not a requirement
• furthermore, you communicate with stylistic confidence in the German language, further language skills in French and / or Italian are welcome, but not a prerequisite
