JPF Gravières SA, mainly established in the Fribourg region, is active in the fields of gravel and rock exploitation, recycling and valorization of stone materials, and exploitation of DTA and DTB landfills. It also produces bituminous mixtures and concrete. To cope with the development of its activities, it is looking for its future Operations and Sales Manager - Gravel Pits and Landfills A/B 80-100% (M/F) Main missions JPF Gravières has several extraction, recycling, and DTA and DTB material storage sites. As Operations and Sales Manager, you ensure the management and control of activities related to the exploitation of our quarries, recycling centers, and type A and B landfills. You are also responsible for commercial development and sales follow-up of gravel, recycled materials, and landfill services. Your main responsibilities • Plan, organize, and supervise exploitation, landfill, and site rehabilitation activities • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements • Coordinate human resources, materials, and subcontractors • Perform administrative and financial monitoring of sites (stocks, costs, calculations, invoicing) • Develop and monitor sales of gravel, recycled materials, and landfill services • Establish commercial offers, advise clients, and ensure their satisfaction • Participate in continuous process improvement and activity development Your profile • Higher technical education (Technician ES site manager, Bachelor/Master in environmental sciences or equivalent education) • Proven experience in gravel pit, quarry, recycling center, or landfill exploitation • Good organizational skills, analytical mind, and decision-making ability • Ability to manage teams and coordinate different stakeholders • Good interpersonal skills, commercial sense, and negotiation skills • Good mastery of operational and financial aspects of an exploitation Entry date: immediately or to be agreed Occupancy rate and place of work: 80-100% - Bulle We offer a varied and stimulating activity within a recognized and dynamic company, as well as attractive working conditions.
