You bear the operational responsibility of the location with 15 employees and work intensively with the estimator in order acquisition. You are close to the daily business and act in a result-oriented manner.

Your profile

• Technical basic training supplemented with training as a construction manager
• Entrepreneurship
• Multi-year track record of performance in a similar position
• Tactfulness in dealing with others, communicative, persuasive
• Consistent and purposeful way of working

Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for demanding projects from A–Z (calculation of offers, project management and support of the objects)
• Implementation of our mission statement
• Utilizing and optimizing resources
• Personnel management
