Currently, I welcome 135 residents and more than 200 collaborators.* We are recruiting: Assistant·e socio-éducatif·ive (ASE) You identify with the following profile: • You hold a CFC in Assistant·e socio-éducatif·ve (ASE), have at least 3 years of professional experience, and are committed to contributing to the well-being of residents. • You demonstrate creativity and initiative in organizing and leading activities that enhance our residents' value. • You enjoy working in a team and adapting to the needs of each person, whether residents or colleagues. • You have a marked interest in geriatrics, psychogeriatrics, and human relationships, and are willing to invest in a multidisciplinary environment. • You have a driver's license. You want to: • Participate in the implementation of social and cultural activities for residents. • Contribute to the animation of individual, collective, and institutional activities in line with the projects defined by the animation team. • Support residents in maintaining their autonomy and abilities, taking into account their needs and desires. • Collaborate with the different sectors of the establishment and actively participate in the service's projects.
