Planning Specialist 80-100 % (m/f/d)
from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement * Permanent position * Part-time/Full-time * Langenthal region
Your tasks
Ensuring work preparation and production planning of all semi-finished and finished products
Feedback and control of orders, as well as inventory management
Rolling sales planning (monthly and annual planning)
Coordination and support in the introduction of new products
Controlling of supply chain relevant processes such as production KPIs, downtime or bills of materials
Creation, analysis and continuation of evaluations, statistics and reports
Performing various administrative tasks such as production new introductions, changes in packaging materials, feedback of production orders
Interface management and contact person for the persons responsible for the production lines and other departments
Participation and leadership in internal and cross-departmental projects and activities
Your profile
Basic training in the commercial or food sector with at least 3 years of experience in production planning or higher education (FH, HF) in Food Science and/or business administration orientation
S&OP experience is an advantage
Additional training with a focus on planning, rationalization or IT is an advantage
In-depth application knowledge of ERP systems and very good MS-Office skills (especially Excel)
Analytical and networked thinking, problem-solving ability, entrepreneurial thinking and action
Openness to new ideas/inputs and capacity for innovation
Team player, communicative and reliable personality
