Your role includes: - Professional leadership of all departments in one of our five houses - Active exchange with day responsibility, nursing expert and nursing management - Overall view of nursing needs and available resources - Nursing of complex nursing situations - Maintaining meaningful and correct electronic nursing documentation - Support of team colleagues and learners with professional questions What you should bring: - Degree as Dipl. Nursing Professional HF or an equivalent diploma recognized by the SRK - High quality awareness and organizational skills - Winning appearance with an appreciative and empathetic basic attitude - Independent and responsible way of working We offer you a fulfilling working environment in a senior center that is dedicated to promoting the physical, mental and social abilities of our residents.
