What you can move

• Leadership, organization, and further development of the regional Safety & Security Organization East with several locations and assigned Safety & Security Officers
• Ensuring uniform implementation of group-wide specifications, standards, and processes in the areas of Safety, Security, Environment, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity Management
• Responsibility for operational control as well as continuous optimization of the security organization and regional processes
• Conducting security inspections, risk analyses, audits, and vulnerability analyses as well as follow-up of the defined measures
• Responsibility for emergency, crisis, and incident management including planning and conducting exercises as well as coordination of events
• Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements in the areas of Safety, Security, and Environment
• Advising and supporting managers as well as locations in all matters of security, risk, environment, and crisis management
• Cooperation with authorities, emergency services, customers, and other internal and external stakeholders
• Integration of security, environment, and business continuity requirements into projects, operational processes, and change initiatives as well as support for sustainability initiatives
• Planning and awareness measures and exercises to promote a sustainable security and risk culture

What you bring with you

• Higher education (HF/FH/Uni) or comparable qualification in the areas of Security, Risk Management, Environment, Facility Management, or Business Administration
• Several years of leadership and professional experience (min. 5 years) in Corporate Security, Safety, Crisis Management, or a comparable security organization
• Sound experience in leading teams as well as in controlling decentralized organizational units
• Very good knowledge in the areas of physical security, occupational safety, risk management, emergency, and crisis management
• Practical experience in audits, risk and vulnerability analyses as well as incident and emergency management
• Confident handling of authorities, emergency services, as well as internal and external stakeholders
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• High resilience, decision-making strength, integrity, and sense of responsibility even in crisis situations
• Business-fluent German, good English skills (min. B2) as well as good Italian skills for successful cooperation in the East region

The "Safety & Security" department ensures group-wide security and environmental management in order to effectively protect employees, infrastructures, business processes, as well as entrusted protectable information and materials of the Confederation. The department is responsible for the protection and physical integrity of employees as well as the resilience of business processes against security-relevant risks. Through uniform standards and processes, it ensures that legal requirements and group-internal security and sustainability goals are met.
