Your new tasks

Sales Specialist SCADA systems: Responsible for the business development of WinCC SCADA systems (focus WinCC OA) throughout Switzerland
Technical customer service & offer creation: Process customer inquiries technically, develop solution concepts, create offers, and support sales during contract negotiations
Strategy & business development: Develop and roll out business development measures in coordination with global and local organizations
Sales enablement & internal cooperation: Enable internal organizational units to support SCADA sales, and provide structured feedback on market requirements to the global organization
Opportunity management & new customer acquisition: Maintain pipeline (CRM system), acquire new customers and projects, and ensure regular reporting and forecasting
Customer care: Build long-term customer partnerships and ensure / coordinate technical support
Presentations & representation: Create and conduct technical presentations for customers, events, and trade fairs

Your talents and experiences

You bring a technical education/further training, as well as sound knowledge in automation technology and/or digital and software-based solutions
The more you can identify with the team's focus areas, the better: experience in control systems for machines and plants, IT/OT integrations, artificial intelligence, and software sales
Ideally knowledge in the interplay of automation and control systems
Demonstrable skills in developing individual solution concepts and successful sales closures in the automation business
Your ability to successfully bring forward-looking projects to completion distinguishes you
A high willingness to travel (approx. 50%) for customer visits throughout Switzerland (focus German-speaking Switzerland) is required
Very good German skills and good English skills
