Construction Specialist as Field Service Employee / Technical Consultant
for the market area of Eastern Switzerland (m/w)
Your key responsibilities:
Active sales of the entire product range
Consulting and support of existing customers (general and construction companies, architects, plastering and painting shops)
Acquisition of new customers
Active project processing
Management and active maintenance of the project processing system
Comprehensive product and application consulting as well as support in quoting and tendering
Monitoring of debtors
Consolidation and promotion of the market position within the framework of sales activities
Own planning and approach on the customer level
Ideal prerequisites for this task:
Completed vocational training as a plasterer or painter with several years of practical experience is a requirement; further training as a construction manager, foreman or is a plus
Desirable are initial sales experiences as well as a successfully completed further training as a sales specialist with a federal certificate of proficiency, technical specialist with a federal certificate of proficiency or similar
Enjoyment of sales and consulting of construction-related problem solutions
Team-oriented, success-oriented, ambitious and dynamic personality who thinks and acts entrepreneurially
Distinct communicative skills, professional and winning appearance as well as negotiating skills and a high degree of self-motivation and independence
