Apprentice ASSC (Assistant in Care and Community Health) CFC Saint-Imier

During your apprenticeship, you will actively participate in the care of patients within our care services. Accompanied by experienced professionals, you will progressively develop the skills necessary for the practice of your future profession.

Your main activities will be as follows:

• Participate in basic care and the support of patients in activities of daily living.
• Observe the health status of patients and transmit relevant information to the nursing team.
• Participate in the performance of care and medico-technical acts according to your level of training.
• Collaborate with nursing, medical, and therapeutic teams.
• Contribute to the well-being and comfort of patients.
• Respect the rules of hygiene, safety, asepsis, and professional ethics.
• You have a strong interest in the field of health and care.
• You demonstrate empathy, benevolence, and respect towards others.
• You appreciate human contact and possess good listening and communication skills.
• You are interested in care, the observation of patients' health status, and medico-technical aspects.
• You are reliable, adaptable, and endowed with a good sense of responsibility.
• You know how to manage stress and evolve in a dynamic environment.
• You are motivated, curious, and eager to learn.
• You wish to obtain a CFC as an ASSC and contribute actively to the quality of care.
• You are comfortable with IT tools.
