Judge Cantonal Tax Court (part-time) The Cantonal Tax Court adjudicates appeals and complaints against decisions on public law levies to the Confederation, Canton and municipalities. For the Tax Court, we are looking for a Judge Cantonal Tax Court (part-time) at the Solothurn location as of or after agreement. Your responsibility You draft proposed judgments and adjudicate within the framework of the collegial court in all areas of competence of the Tax Court. The election is carried out by the Cantonal Council. The Judicial Commission conducts the preliminary procedure (selection and interviews). Judges at the Tax Court may not represent third parties in objection and appeal proceedings before the assessment authorities and the Cantonal Tax Office. Professional representation of third parties before the Tax Court is also excluded. Your profile You are entitled to vote in the Canton of Solothurn.
