On behalf of one of our clients, a real estate agency Real Estate Technical Manager 80–100 % On behalf of one of our clients, a recognized and solidly established real estate agency in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a Real Estate Technical Manager 80–100 % Your responsibilities Within a dynamic team and in close collaboration with the rental and finance departments, you will ensure the technical management and budgetary monitoring of a portfolio of rental buildings. Your main missions: Ensure relations with owners, tenants and various partners; Perform regular visits to the buildings and identify maintenance needs; Plan, coordinate and monitor maintenance, renovation or restoration work; Control the services of mandated companies and concierges; Manage maintenance and upkeep contracts; Carry out move-in and move-out inspections; Ensure the processing and follow-up of insurance claim files; Control, allocate and validate invoices related to your portfolio; Participate in the preparation and monitoring of maintenance budgets. Your profile Technical training in the building sector (CFC or equivalent); Proven experience in the technical management of buildings in Switzerland; Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities; Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented personality; Strong interpersonal skills and a taste for contact with a demanding clientele; Good command of standard IT tools; knowledge of management software is an asset; Excellent command of French, both spoken and written; Driving license indispensable.
