To strengthen our team in the Assembly & Logistics area, we are looking for a committed and reliable Assembly Coordinator (Deputy Team Lead) (m/f/d) (80-100%) for our assembly line in the "Large" highrunner area, starting immediately or by arrangement. The current place of work is in Baden AG. As part of our site expansion, the place of work for this position will be fully moved to Seon AG from Q4 - 2026. In this versatile role, you support the Team Leader in daily operational business and take over their deputy role in their absence. You coordinate the daily processes on the assembly line, ensure material availability, support the technical coordination of the team, and ensure compliance with our safety, quality, and process standards. Together with a team of around 12–14 employees, you actively contribute to a smooth production process and work operatively in the various areas of the assembly line. Your tasks: • Acting as a subject matter expert in the assembly process • Operational deputy for the Team Leader Highrunner Large Assembly • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and process specifications • Daily capacity and personnel deployment planning in coordination with the Team Leader • Coordination of material availability and ensuring a trouble-free material flow • Organizing express and emergency procurement • Analysis and sustainable rectification of disruptions in the production process • Support in the induction and training of new employees • Participation as a floater in the assembly line area (assembly, packing, logistics, rotor balance) • Responsibility for order and cleanliness according to 5S standards in the area of responsibility • Inventory responsibility in the "Large" highrunner area • Participation in and leadership of projects, CIPs, and quality improvements Your background: • Completed basic technical training, ideally as a Polymechaniker EFZ specializing in assembly, production mechanic, or automotive mechanic, and ideally further training in the field of production or logistics • Sound IT knowledge, especially in handling SAP and other inventory management relevant systems • Ability for process optimization and further development of processes Impeccable criminal record extract (mandatory due to air freight security-relevant activities) • Several years of professional experience in the production area • SUVA-recognized forklift license • Independent and self-responsible way of working • Strong communication skills and teamwork ability • Fluent German skills in spoken and written • High level of commitment, readiness for action, and flexibility Your benefits: • International and dynamic working environment • Global parental leave program • Canteen • Childcare • Attractive vacation plans • Employee assistance program We look forward to your application (preferably in English).
