As a Consultant (m/f/d), Commercial Technical Service, you will actively contribute to customer consultation and help our customers with their concerns. Tasks As a Consultant (m/f/d), Commercial Technical Service, you are responsible for: Telephone technical consultation primarily for business partners (installers) for a Level 1 Support Support of field assignments Sale of repairs with coordination of processing: offer, orders, deliveries, returns, warranty, factory goodwill Accompanying the processing of problematic systems Telediagnostics via digitalization tools Sale of spare parts and repairs with coordination of processing: offer, orders, deliveries, returns, warranty, factory goodwill Requirements We are looking for people who are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, as well as strong customer orientation.
