Objective of the position

Quality assurance activities according to specifications
Timely provision of all raw, auxiliary, and operating materials necessary for production and their replacement
Monitoring production quality, compliance with all operational guidelines and specifications, and compliance with hygiene guidelines (BRC, HACCP, GMP, etc.)
Setup and continuous improvement of the production machine and processes
Operating, monitoring, and adjusting the production machine(s) in compliance with safety guidelines
Training line employees working on the plant lines, also including coordination with the production employees of the production planning (Avor)
Maintenance of production machines insofar as work cannot be performed by maintenance
Cleaning of production machines, production lines, and the associated infrastructure, taking into account the daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning plans
Operating the ERP system, evaluating and optimizing production data and key figures of the line
Creating documentation and manuals
Monitoring scrap, downtime, and production performance
Support in root cause analysis and sustainable rectification of process deviations
Close cooperation with production, quality assurance, maintenance, and other internal departments

You possess

Professional experience in production, preferably in an automated plant or packaging operation
Experience in the operation and monitoring of production plants
Initial leadership experience or a strong interest in a leadership function
High quality and safety awareness
Reliable, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
Good communication and teamwork skills
Readiness to work in shift operation
Good German skills in speaking and writing
Confident handling of production and documentation specifications
Experience in food packaging is an advantage
Understanding of the properties of paper is an advantage
