• Operational and personnel leadership as well as further development of the employees
• Ensuring and coordinating daily business at the reception, in the back office and at the emergency reception
• Active and professionally competent collaboration in the various operational services
• Responsibility for personnel deployment and duty planning
• Ensuring, coordinating and continuous optimization of the administrative processes and workflows
• Processing and coordination of demanding administrative tasks and situations
• Ensuring quality standards as well as a smooth flow of information to internal and external interfaces
• Deputy for the Head of Patient Steering and Coordination

What you bring with you

• Commercial or comparable training, ideally with a connection to the hospital or the healthcare sector
• Leadership experience or experience in a coordinating function is an advantage
• Strong social and communication skills as well as enjoyment in leading employees
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
• Resilience, decision-making ability and flexibility even in demanding situations
• Enjoyment of an operational leadership function and active collaboration in daily business
• Good IT user knowledge; experience with clinical information systems is an advantage
