What you achieve with us You complement our doorman team and are responsible for the following tasks: Friendly reception and warm welcome of our guests on arrival and departure Ensuring an excellent first and last impression of our house Supporting guests when getting in and out as well as with luggage Coordination of vehicles, taxis, and limousines in the entrance area Ensuring order, safety, and cleanliness in the entrance area Close collaboration with the Front Office, Concierge, and Bell Desk Support with guest requests and general service services Compliance with our service, quality, and behavioral standards according to LGA Your profile For this varied position, you ideally bring the following: Initial professional experience as a doorman or in a comparable service position, ideally in the upscale hotel industry Distinct service orientation as well as a confident and friendly demeanor Very good manners, discretion, and a high level of responsibility Stress resistance, flexibility, and team ability Good Italian and English skills, further language skills an advantage Well-groomed appearance and a positive aura Independent, structured, and attentive working method Our offer Fixed-term seasonal position from late November 2026 to late April 2027 (further seasons desired) Option for further seasonal employment 5-day week on average with 43.5 hours 5 weeks of vacation and 6 public holidays per year 13th monthly salary from entry (pro rata temporis) Accommodation in our employee house available upon request Meal options in the employee restaurant Work in an attractive environment Attractive further training and development opportunities If you appreciate an interesting, challenging, and varied activity in a dynamic environment and want to join a well-rehearsed team, we look forward to your complete online application.
