--- base: meta-keywords: meta-viewport: width=device-width, title: HR Finance Manager at 80 - 100 % --- HR Finance Manager at 80 - 100 % ====================================== Following the retirement of the current holder, the Service d'action sociale Courtelary is advertising a position for an HR Finance Manager at 80 - 100 % -------------------------------------- ### Start date: 1st February 2027 Your mission: * Guarantee the maintenance and reliability of the general accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable * Ensure the quality of annual closings and the compliance of accounting and financial processes * Elaborate the budget, financial forecasts and financial planning in collaboration with the Management * Prepare dashboards intended for the Management and the Committee, write the minutes of the Committee * Alert the Management in case of financial, HR or non-compliance risk and propose necessary measures * Advise the Management on HR matters and support specific situations * Participate in recruitment, the integration of employees and the development of HR practices * Ensure the proper functioning of the IT environment * Actively contribute to the work of the management team and to cross-functional projects * Promote teamwork and serene relations with partners (clients, communes, OIAS, etc.) Our requirements: * CFC as a commercial employee or training deemed equivalent * Additional training in finance and accounting and/or confirmed experience in the field * Additional training and/or confirmed experience in the field of human resources * Excellent knowledge of IT tools and experience in the operational management of an IT environment * Ability for analysis, synthesis, organization and planning * Writing ease, clear communication, ability to reach consensus * Ability to approach conflicts in a constructive manner * Absolute discretion * French or German mother tongue, with excellent knowledge of the other language * Swiss nationality or valid permit Our offer: * Varied work within a motivated multidisciplinary team * A modern and dynamic environment * Flexible working conditions, with the possibility of teleworking one day per month * Salary conditions according to the cantonal scale and excellent social benefits * Possibilities for continuing education and participation in resource days Candidates must attach to their application file an extract from the debt enforcement register as well as an extract from their criminal record, documents indispensable for the examination of their application.
