Our customer is looking for the Pratteln location for a:
Customer Advisor Field Service Basel Region (60% - 100%) (m/f)

Your role

As a customer advisor in the field service, you are the face of the customer in your region. You support our customers individually and in a targeted manner to offer them the optimal insurance solutions.

Your tasks

• Personal and needs-oriented advice for new and existing customers
• Enjoyment of new customer acquisition and building long-term customer relationships
• Active sale of our health insurance products and contribution to health prevention
• Creation of offers, telephone advice and administrative activities

What you bring with you

• Completed initial training
• Ideally first experience in sales
• Very good German skills, other languages an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact and an open, communicative manner
• High self-motivation and independent way of working
• Ability to communicate complex products in an understandable way
• Driver's license category B
