Tasks: Independent and professional care and support of our patients Execution and monitoring of the entire nursing process Recognition of changes in health status and initiation of corresponding measures Execution of nursing and medical measures Administration and control of medications according to medical prescription Documentation of nursing services and ensuring seamless nursing documentation Close cooperation with doctors, relatives, and other specialists Support and accompaniment of female patients, male patients, and relatives in various care situations Assumption of responsibility in everyday nursing and promotion of high nursing quality Requirements: Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF Responsible, independent, and reliable way of working Good communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team Empathy and respectful handling of female patients, male patients Resilience and flexibility in everyday work Good German skills in speaking and writing Readiness to take on responsibility and to develop professionally Good knowledge of nursing documentation and in handling digital systems
