Job Description ##

• Accompany and support employees with disabilities
• Be attentive to their needs and ensure adapted socio-educational support
• Promote their autonomy, integration, and participation within the workshop
• Ensure the maintenance of a benevolent and secure working environment
• Collaborate with the various stakeholders and workshop managers
• Occasionally provide support to workshop activities when necessary, without production constituting the main function of the position

Profile sought ##

• CFC as a Socio-educational Assistant (ASE) or a title deemed equivalent - indispensable
• Experience in supporting persons with disabilities
• Experience with persons presenting psychic and/or mental disabilities constitutes a real asset
• Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of listening, and benevolence
• Patience, empathy, and good adaptability
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Comfortable in an industrial working environment
