Job description
We are looking for a: Substitute / Assistant, 20% - 30% as of 1. January 2027 or by arrangement. Kita Gunten offers 18 childcare places for children from 3 months until entering kindergarten. As a substitute, you are an important support for our team and can actively contribute to our everyday life with your strengths and your joy in working with children. Your tasks

Participation in the design of a varied everyday life in a mixed-age group
Age-, development-, and needs-based promotion, care, and support of the children according to the pedagogical concept of Kita Gunten
Maintenance of an appreciative contact with the parents
What you bring with you

Completed training as a Specialist in Care Children (EFZ), KKE or equivalent, recognized training (e.g., FaGe, certified playgroup leader, etc.)
Open-minded, reliable, and team-oriented personality
Self-initiative, sense of responsibility, and flexibility
Willingness to engage with different situations and assignments
Joy in nature
