Area of responsibility • Responsible for complying with the requirements of the European Code of Good Trade Practice • Support in maintaining, monitoring and maintaining the QM system • Processing supplier and customer inquiries • Ensuring supplier certificates and documents • Creating and managing specifications • Creating orders in ERP for shipping samples • Evaluating analyses by external laboratories • Supporting QM tasks and projects • Optimizing internal processes • Supporting the processing of complaint files with the possibility of taking over this area in the future Requirements profile • You have a degree as a food technologist HF, engineer FH/ETH or BSc food technologist/food scientist • You are familiar with the requirements in quality management in the food industry from practice. • You communicate clearly and convincingly, work structured and set priorities efficiently. • You are skilled in handling MS Office and ERP systems and use digital tools safely in your daily work. • You think quality-conscious, act responsibly and communicate safely in German and English.
