• You independently check and process benefit cases in the outpatient care sector, in particular invoices, cost guarantees and benefit inquiries.
• You support our policyholders competently, solution-oriented and customer-oriented
• You coordinate and correspond with customers, service providers, other insurers as well as authorities
• You initiate medical officer clarifications and accompany these administratively.
• You support the training and induction of new employees and are happy to pass on your specialist knowledge

• You have completed commercial training with medical knowledge or completed medical training with commercial experience
• Ideally, you bring experience in the benefit processing of a health or accident insurance
• You are characterized by an exact, structured and reliable way of working as well as quick comprehension
• You quickly find your way around different application programs and digital tools and enjoy working with different systems
• You have a stylistically confident oral and written expression in German
