Realization of deployment projects (Cloud & On-Premise/Workplace & Infrastructure) Maintenance and further development of existing customer systems in the SME environment Support of the Service Desk in 2nd-level support Management of documentation and creation of configuration instructions Promotion of know-how transfer to team colleagues What you should bring with you. Training as an Informatiker*in EFZ, ideally with subject-specific further education (HF/FH) Several years of experience in a comparable position Sound specialist knowledge with products from MS, Citrix, VMware etc. (certifications an advantage) Team player with high quality standards Confident communication in German and English What we offer you.
