Responsibilities and tasks ### • Welcoming patients and managing appointments. • Assisting doctors during consultations and examinations. • Administrative management of medical files. • Handling telephone calls and patient requests. • Making appointments • Preparation and maintenance of medical equipment. • Stock management and orders • Radiology practice in the office • Laboratory practice in the office • Administration of intravenous infusions • Blood collection Qualifications ### • Medical Assistant CFC diploma • Radiology certificate • Extended radiology certificate desirable • Competence in administering infusions, blood collection, and laboratory practice in the medical office. • Experience in a similar position, ideally in rheumatology (an asset). • Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities. • Proficiency in standard IT tools (MS Office, medical software, ideally Pulse Medica). • Good command of French, knowledge of other languages is a plus. • Ability to work autonomously and in a team. • Empathy, discretion, and sense of service.
